Black-glazed terracotta pots have historic traditions in both Greece and China. Our Glazed 4-Handle Pot Black is a replica of a traditional pot with four small handles around the mouth that were traditionally used for carrying straps. The black glaze is thickly applied over most of the pot with the underlying terra cotta clay exposed at the base. Designed with a vintage-look, the Glazed 4-Handle Pot Black is for decorative use.
